you probably can not see it : there are legs on his screen . This man was standing in front of the big stairs of the sacre coeur and filming women sitting there in skirts... so he was not really filming the women but their p***

 I was trying to photograph the Eifel but this couple was standing in front of me ,so it´s their fault they got into the picture ;)
